      What should I get with a membership?

Once you sign-up for our program, you will be assigned a Federal Procurement Specialist. Many small business owners are intimidated about becoming government vendors. Your specialist will guide you through the process. The first day you become an advertiser and begin the program, they’ll send you a Welcome Packet full of information. Your specialist will help you navigate through the federal procurement process, required registrations, and even give you a few marketing tips. As part of the program, you’ll receive a distrubution list of all the buyers that view your ad (during your membership). The list includes contact names and numbers. Our most successful members market their business to the buyers on the list. In today’s world, marketing your business to the government is very similar to marketing your business in the private sector. Federal Supply Directory puts your businesses products and services at the fingertips of ALL applicable Federal purchasing departments in your state and region. Over half the money spent by the Government last year was awarded to businesses OUTSIDE your state simply because Federal purchasing agents did not know what products or services your company could provide. The Government is being looked on as the hidden market for the 21st century. Federal Supply Directory is a tool for Federal purchasing agents to quickly identify your company on a local basis when ordering products or services from local merchants. Specifically, purchases under $25,000 open market (no-bid) purchases. We also assist our clients with the necessary paperwork, filing and registration assistance (CCR, D&B).
